Processing & delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 CET will be shipped within 7-10 working days.

Orders placed during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Pre-orders or longer delivery times are listed on the product page.

Shipping zones, carriers & delivery times

Netherlands/Belgium – via PostNL/DHL: 7-10 working days.

United Kingdom (UK) – via Royal Mail / DHL / UPS (tracked): 7-10 working days within UK Mainland.

Rest of EU – via DHL/UPS: 7-10 working days.

International – via UPS/FedEx: 10–14 working days.


After shipping, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Shipping costs

NL/BE: € 4.95 — free over € 40.

UK: £ 9.95 — free over £ 40.

EU: from € 6.95 — free over € 60.

International: rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

VAT, import and customs (UK-specific)

Orders up to and including £135: UK VAT is calculated at checkout and remitted by us.

Above £135: VAT/import duties may be charged to the recipient by the carrier upon delivery (unless explicitly stated as DDP).

Outside the EU/UK, local charges and customs clearance fees may apply which are outside our control.

Addresses & delivery options

Shipping to home and work addresses and collection points (where available).

Incorrect/incomplete addresses may cause delays.

Heat-/cold-sensitive skincare

During extreme temperatures, we use insulation or a cool pack if needed. Do not leave parcels outside unnecessarily. Minor texture differences do not affect performance.

Delayed, lost or damaged

Not received anything 10 working days after the expected delivery date? Email your order number to worldisyours4545@gmail.com.

Delivered damaged? Report this within 48 hours with photos and/or video(s) (box, label, product).

If the carrier confirms loss, we offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect/missing & partial deliveries

Is something missing or was the wrong item delivered? Let us know within 7 days; we will fix this immediately.

Large orders may arrive in multiple shipments; you will receive separate tracking.
